Proclamations from Governor Gregoire and Mayor Nickels will be presented and TV host and renowned photographer, Art Wolfe, will give one of his remarkable multi-media presentations featuring the behind-the-scenes adventures of his television series, Art Wolfe's Travels to the Edge.
